If any material change occurs in the facts set forth in the application, or if for any other reason the acquiring party desires to amend such application, an amendment setting forth such change, together with copies of all documents and other material relevant to such change, shall be filed with the deputy director.

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • Deputy director: means the deputy director of the financial institutions division of the department. See Arizona Laws 6-101
