§ 44-1382	Transfer of personal property; city, town or county

Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
Personal property: All property that is not real property.
Personal property: includes money, goods, chattels, things in action and evidences of debt. See Arizona Laws 1-215
