The Los Angeles County Fair may conduct satellite wagering at an additional location, situated not more than 20 miles from its fairgrounds, with the approval of the board. If the additional satellite wagering facility is within 20 miles of another racetrack, the consent of that racetrack or those racetracks shall be received as a condition precedent to approval by the board.
