An application for a branch office registration shall include:
(a) The full name and address of, and the telephone number at, the principal licensed location, and the license number of the applicant.
Terms Used In California Business and Professions Code 6980.39
- Branch office: means any additional physical location, other than the principal place of business of a licensee, where any locksmith service is provided. See California Business and Professions Code 6980
- license: means license, certificate, registration, or other means to engage in a business or profession regulated by this code or referred to in Section 1000 or 3600. See California Business and Professions Code 23.7
(b) The address of, and the telephone number at, the branch office.
