Each community college district, with respect to each campus in its jurisdiction that administers a priority enrollment system, shall grant priority registration for enrollment to students in the Community College Extended Opportunity Programs and Services program, pursuant to Article 8 (commencing with Section 69640) of Chapter 2 of Part 42, and disabled students, within the meaning of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), who are determined to be eligible for disabled student programs and services pursuant to Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 67300) and Section 84850.
