(a) Whoever knowingly violates subdivision (a) or (b) of Section 6525.5 shall be punished by a fine of not more than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each day the violation continues, by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of § 1170 of the Penal Code for 2, 3, or 4 years, or by both that fine and imprisonment.

(b) Any person who is subject to an order issued pursuant to Section 8201 who knowingly violates the order, directly or indirectly, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each day violation continues, by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of § 1170 of the Penal Code for 2, 3, or 4 years, or by both that fine and imprisonment.
