The state plan for medical assistance under Medicaid pursuant to Section 1915(g) of Title 19 of the federal Social Security Act, as amended by Public Law 99-272 (42 U.S.C. § 1396n(g)), shall include targeted case management services as a benefit under the specialty mental health services Medi-Cal program.
