No provision of § 53-302a shall be construed to render invalid any contract for the sale or lease of real property entered into on Sunday, and no such contract, entered into after October 1, 1967, shall be deemed to be invalid solely because it was entered into on Sunday. This section shall not affect any litigation pending in any court of this state on October 1, 1967.
