If any person convicted under § 53-304 fails to comply fully with the terms and conditions imposed under the provisions of said section or to make any payment required by any bond given pursuant to an appeal under § 53-305, the suspension of the execution of any community correctional center sentence imposed may be revoked and such person may be committed, and any such action shall not affect the validity of any such bond.
