Provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all courts as established by the General Assembly in accordance with article IV, § 1 (Judiciary) of the Constitution of this State.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 10 Sec. 1992
- courts: means such court or courts as established by the General Assembly in accordance with article IV, § 1 (Judiciary) of the Constitution of this State. See Delaware Code Title 10 Sec. 1990
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
