“”Grave space,”” according to the definition in Florida Statutes § 497.005(37), means a space of ground in a cemetery intended to be used for the interment in the ground of the remains of a deceased person. Said definition is not altered or modified because of the dimensions of the space or whether vertical or horizontal to be the natural contour of the ground or whether the remains or cremains of more than one person occupy the same excavation.
