Notwithstanding s. 414.45, and unless expressly required by federal law, the department shall obtain specific authorization from the Legislature before seeking, applying for, accepting, or renewing any waiver of work requirements established by the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program under 7 U.S.C. § 2015(o).
