and recommendations and post the reports on each Task Force member’s agency website.
(b) No later than twelve (12) months after its first duly convened meeting, the Task Force shall submit to I Maga’hågan Guåhan and I Liheslaturan Guåhan the recommendations as required in § 21308 of this Article.
(c) No later than twelve (12) months after its first duly convened meeting, the Task Force shall submit to I Maga’hagan Guahan and I Liheslaturan Guahan a financial report accounting for funds appropriated, allocated, and expended, and the remaining balance.
