NOTE: The following Section 4 of P.L. 27-88 states, with respect to the effective date of this Chapter:
Section 4. Chapter 104 of Title 11, Guam Code Ann., [Subsection (d) of Section 3 of the Bill (on page 38)] shall be effective immediately; however, its provisions shall be enforced for those entities with existing licenses for ATMs only upon renewal of those licenses but not later than July 1, 2004.
