- Board: means the motor vehicle industry licensing board created by this chapter. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 437-1.1
A motor vehicle industry licensing board is created and shall consist of seven members. Three of the members shall be engaged in the motor vehicle industry and four of the members shall be private citizens not connected with the industry.
