Idaho Code 37-3403 – Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Department" means the state department of health and welfare.

Terms Used In Idaho Code 37-3403

Department: means the state department of health and welfare. See Idaho Code 37-3403
Director: means the director of the department. See Idaho Code 37-3403
Entity: means :

Idaho Code 37-3403

State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114

(2) "Director" means the director of the department.

(3) "Entity" means:

(a) The department;

(b) A government entity; or
