Terms Used In Idaho Code 55-1823
- Commission: means the Idaho real estate commission. See Idaho Code 55-1802
- Person: means an individual, corporation, government, governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, unincorporated association, two (2) or more of any of the foregoing having a joint or common interest or any other legal or commercial entity. See Idaho Code 55-1802
Any person who shall willfully violate any provision of this chapter or who willfully violates any rule or order of the commission made and served upon said person pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, or who shall willfully engage in any act, practice or transaction declared by any provision of this chapter to be unlawful shall be guilty of a felony.
