- Employer: includes an agent of an employer. See Idaho Code 6-2103
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
An employer shall use appropriate means to notify its employees of their protection and obligation under this chapter.
