Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 1705/11.1

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     To provide for all recipients living in State mental health facilities between the ages of 3 and 21 years special education services, as defined by the Department, to the extent that such services are practical for each child’s needs. Upon discharge of the child, a report of the discharge, accompanied by a report on the special education services received by that child while in the facility shall be forwarded to the State Board of Education and to the resident school district.
