Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 1705/15b

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     For recipients awaiting conditional discharge or placement, to execute any document relating to or make any application for any benefit including state or federal on behalf of any recipient in a Department program if the recipient is a person with a mental disability and is unable to manage his own affairs.
