- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 7. Before September 1 of each year after 2014, the department shall deposit in the misdemeanant fund of each county the sum determined by multiplying the total amount appropriated for the county misdemeanant fund by the county’s multiplier.
