Terms Used In Indiana Code 14-20-7-3
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 3. The Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation (IC 4-37-2-1) may receive donations for the upkeep of the monument provided for in this chapter.
