- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 4. The Indiana state museum and historic sites corporation (IC 4-37-2-1) shall administer the real property, which shall be known as the Wilbur Wright Birthplace.
