Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-22-8-13
- board: refers to the board of a municipal corporation created under this chapter. See Indiana Code 16-22-8-2.1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 13. A board member is ineligible to hold an appointive office or employment under the corporation.
