- board: refers to the board of a municipal corporation created under this chapter. See Indiana Code 16-22-8-2.1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 7. The board shall exercise the executive and legislative powers of the corporation.
