Indiana Code 21-44-1-15. “Public sector psychiatry”

Sec. 15. “Public sector psychiatry” refers to the practice of psychiatry in:

(1) state institutions;

(2) community mental health centers; and

(3) other settings determined by the board to be public sector psychiatry settings.
