Sec. 302. Consumer Credit Protection Act — In this article, “Consumer Credit Protection Act” means the Consumer Credit Protection Act (15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq.), as amended, and includes both the Truth in Lending Simplification and Reform Act amendments (Public Law 96-221, Title VI, 94 Stat. 168) and any regulations issued under those laws. However, the department may otherwise define this term by rule issued in accordance with IC 24-4.5-6-107.
