(1) president;
Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, “executive officer” means a person who is or performs the duties of the licensee‘s:

- licensee: means a person licensed under this chapter. See Indiana Code 28-8-4-11
- person: means an individual or an organization. See Indiana Code 28-8-4-17
(2) chief executive officer;
(3) treasurer; or
(4) chief financial officer.
