Sec. 10.5. In addition to the remedies and penalties specified in sections 10, 11, 12, and 13 of this chapter, the court may do any of the following in an action brought under this chapter concerning the sale or solicited sale of a synthetic drug (as defined in IC 35-31.5-2-321), a controlled substance analog (as defined in IC 35-48-1-9.3), or a substance represented to be a controlled substance (as described in IC 35-48-4-4.6):

(1) Issue a restraining order against the person subject to IC 32-30-7-9 and IC 32-30-7-13.

  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
(2) Issue a preliminary injunction, temporary forfeiture, or closure order pending final decision on a permanent injunction subject to IC 32-30-7-12.

(3) Issue an order of abatement subject to IC 32-30-7-22.
