Sec. 7. After the purchaser:
(2) completes an application for title; and
(1) presents the bureau of motor vehicles with the affidavit of sale;

- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
(3) pays any applicable fee;
the bureau shall issue to the purchaser a certificate of title to the watercraft.
