Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-23-8-2
- governmental body: means an agency, a board, or a commission of the legislative, executive, or judicial branch of state government. See Indiana Code 33-23-8-1
- license: means an occupational or a professional license, registration, permit, or certificate issued by a governmental body. See Indiana Code 33-23-8-2
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “license” means an occupational or a professional license, registration, permit, or certificate issued by a governmental body.
