- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 2. Except as provided in IC 36-5-6.5, the clerk-treasurer elected under this chapter is both the town clerk and the town fiscal officer.
