Sec. 37. (a) Real property acquired by the redevelopment district is exempt from taxation while owned by the district.
(b) All receipts of the department of redevelopment, including receipts from the sale of real property, personal property, and materials disposed of, are exempt from all taxes.Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-7-14-37
(c) All other property of the department of redevelopment is exempt from taxation.
