- authority: refers to a multiple jurisdiction infrastructure authority established under this chapter. See Indiana Code 36-7-23-1
- board: refers to the board of directors of the authority. See Indiana Code 36-7-23-2
Sec. 18. Meetings of the board shall be held at the call of the chair or at the request of at least three (3) members. The board shall meet at least once every three (3) months to attend to the business of the authority.
