Sec. 4. (a) The five (5) members of a municipal military base reuse authority shall be appointed as follows:
(2) Two (2) members shall be appointed by the municipal legislative body.
(1) Three (3) members shall be appointed by the municipal executive.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-7-30-4
- military base: means a United States government military base or other military installation that is scheduled for closing or is completely or partially inactive or closed. See Indiana Code 36-7-30-1
- reuse authority: means a military base reuse authority established under section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 36-7-30-1
(b) The five (5) members of a county military base reuse authority shall be appointed by the county executive.
