- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 212. ADVISORY. The clerk of the municipal legislative body and the secretary of the park board shall certify members appointed by their respective bodies, and the executive shall certify the executive’s appointments. The certificates shall be sent to and made a part of the records of the municipal plan commission.
