- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
Sec. 28. The commission may suspend or revoke the permit of a permittee if the court finds that the permittee has violated any of the provisions of an injunction issued by it under the provisions of IC 7.1-3-3-17.
