Terms Used In Indiana Code 7.1-5-7-14
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- minor: means a person less than eighteen (18) years of age. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
style=”font-size: 10pt”> Sec. 14. It is a Class B misdemeanor for a permittee to knowingly or intentionally permit a minor to be in or around the licensed premises after receiving written notice from the parent, guardian, or other person having custody of the minor that the minor is in fact a minor and directing that the minor be excluded from the licensed premises.
