- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 2.5. In addition to the information required from the applicant for a driver’s license or permit under sections 1 and 2 of this chapter, the bureau shall require an applicant to present to the bureau valid documentary evidence that the applicant has lawful status.
