Terms Used In Iowa Code 135.12
- Board: means the board of hearing aid specialists. See Iowa Code 154A.1
- Council: means the state health facilities council established by this subchapter. See Iowa Code 135.61
- Department: means the Iowa department of public health. See Iowa Code 135.61
Any statutorily established board, commission, committee, or council established under the purview of the department shall provide for a teleconference option for board, commission, committee, or council members to participate in official meetings.
