1. The department may refuse to issue or renew and may suspend or revoke a license issued to a retail dealer pursuant to section 214.2 for not complying with the E-15 access standard as provided in section 214A.32, including rules adopted by the department pursuant to section 214A.1A to administer or enforce that section.

Terms Used In Iowa Code 214A.37

  • Department: means the department of environmental quality in a reference to a time before July 1, 1983, the department of water, air and waste management in a reference to a time on or after July 1, 1983, and through June 30, 1986, and the department of natural resources on or after July 1, 1986, and includes any officer or agency within that department. See Iowa Code 172D.1
 2. a. This section shall be implemented on January 1, 2023.

 b. This subsection is repealed January 2, 2023.
