Terms Used In Iowa Code 267.7
- College of veterinary medicine: means the Iowa state university of science and technology college of veterinary medicine. See Iowa Code 267.1
- Fund: means the livestock disease research fund created in section 267. See Iowa Code 267.1
- Livestock: means the same as defined in section 717. See Iowa Code 267.1
In addition to moneys in the fund, the college of veterinary medicine may accept grants, gifts, matching moneys, or any other moneys for research into the diseases affecting livestock. The moneys may be from any source, public or private.
