Iowa Code 29.2A – Airport fire fighters — maximum age

person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1

The maximum age for a person to be employed as an airport fire fighter by the department of public defense is sixty-five years of age.
