Terms Used In Iowa Code 548.108
- Record: means the same as defined in section 554D. See Iowa Code 554E.1
- Secretary: means the secretary of state or the designee of the secretary charged with the administration of this chapter. See Iowa Code 548.101
The secretary shall keep for public examination a record of all marks registered or renewed under this chapter, as well as a record of all documents recorded pursuant to section 548.107.
