571.3A Priority of lien.
Except as provided in this section, § 554.9322 shall govern the priority of a harvester’s
lien that is effective or perfected as provided in § 571.3.
1. A harvester’s lien that is effective but not perfected under § 571.3 shall have priority as provided in § 554.9322.
2. A harvester’s lien that is perfected under § 571.3 shall have priority over a conflicting security interest in harvested crops regardless of when such security interest is perfected. A perfected harvester’s lien shall have priority over a conflicting landlord’s lien as provided in chapter 570, regardless of when such landlord’s lien is perfected.
