589.12 Sheriffs’ deeds.
A sheriff’s deed executed more than ten years earlier which purports to sustain the record
title is not ineffectual on account of the failure of the record to show that any of the steps in obtaining the judgment or in the sale of the property were complied with. The proceedings are legalized as if the record showed that the law has been complied with.
