Iowa Code 611.20 – Actions survive

person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1

All causes of action shall survive and may be brought notwithstanding the death of the person entitled or liable to the same.
