Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 13-13a46
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
- University: means Washburn university of Topeka;
(b) "state board" means the state board of regents; and
(c) "state grant" means the operating grant provided for under subsection (a) of Kan. See Kansas Statutes 13-13a40
The university shall not be eligible to receive payments of state grants from the state general fund unless it is currently a member in good standing of the north central association of colleges and universities.
