Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 3-205
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person violating the terms hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or by confinement in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
