Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 58-3115c
- Condominium: means "property" as hereinafter defined. See Kansas Statutes 58-3102
- Declaration: means the instrument by which the property is submitted to the provisions of this act as hereinafter provided, and such declaration as from time to time may be lawfully amended. See Kansas Statutes 58-3102
Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 58-3115a, 58-3115b and 58-3115c shall be a part of and supplemental to the apartment ownership act. No condominium created prior to the effective date of this act shall be affected by this act without the consent of all of the condominium owners expressed in an amended declaration duly recorded.
